Shipping policy

Thank you for choosing SaintVoyant! We aim to provide you with a seamless shopping experience and ensure that your orders are delivered to you in a timely fashion. Please take the time to review our shipping policy. 

Pre-made Orders: Please allow up to 1-2 weeks for your order to be processed and shipped. 

Pre-Order Items: Please allow up to 25-30 business days for your order to be shipped due to production of all orders after the pre-order window closes due to the production time of our manufactures. Our pre-order windows typically close on Fridays for that weeks inventory. Please note that it will be clearly indicated on the product if it is a pre-order item. 

International Orders: Please be aware that we are NOT responsible for paying any import fees, taxes or duties imposed by the intended country's customer agency. These fees must be paid by the customer upon delivery. We will NOT issue refunds for any international orders due to unpaid custom fees. 

Lost Packages: Once your order is in the hands of the third party handler UPS, USPS, Fedex or DHL we are NOT responsible for any lost or damaged items or packages during transit. However, we will do our best to assist you in filing a claim with the third party carrier to recover your lost package.
